Return Policy
Jallshop will handle all claims received through our support channels. The customer has up to seven (7) days to file a claim. After this period, claims will not be accepted. The refund request will be reviewed by the company to determine its legitimacy and responded to within seven (7) days.
Refund options may include:
- Store credit valid for 60 days for future purchases.
- Cash refund.
For devices and accessories, refunds are governed by the “Device and Accessories Warranty Policy.”
Device and Accessories Warranty Policy
The warranty and after-sales service are subject to the policy of the country where the product is collected. Refunds are not issued for charged amounts. Devices may be replaced with one of equal or greater value and similar or superior features.

Our Services
Jallshop is not responsible for any security errors that may occur or any damage caused to the customer’s device (hardware or software). Jallshop cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements introduced by third parties that may cause damage to clients’ systems or files.
Username and Registration
By this agreement, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all actions taken using your credentials, whether by you or a third party.
Authorization
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use Jallshop services and content, subject to compliance with these Terms of Use. Partial printing and downloading are allowed only for personal use, not for commercial or public purposes.
Theft or Unauthorized Use
If you detect theft, unauthorized use of your account, or phone theft, you must immediately notify Jallshop to suspend services. You are responsible for all charges generated until suspension occurs.

Jallshop reserves the right to reject, limit, suspend, or terminate services without liability or prior notice, in order to resolve or update company operations, or for reasons such as fraudulent or excessive use.

All materials and content available through Jallshop are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Payment
Jallshop operates under a prepaid system. All transactions are conducted securely using SSL encryption. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay cards (credit, debit, and prepaid).
Rates
Jallshop reserves the right to modify rates at any time without notice. Continued use of services after rate changes implies acceptance. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Order History
Customers can view their order history within their account dashboard by date, including details of completed transactions.
Limited Liability
Jallshop is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its applications or services. Users assume full responsibility for compliance with these Terms.
Assignment
